Flooring options and costs per sq ft (installed, India 2024): Vitrified tiles: ₹80–200/sq ft material + ₹25–60/sq ft labour = total ₹110–260. Marble: ₹200–1,000/sq ft material + ₹80–150 labour = total ₹280–1,150. Kota stone: ₹80–120 material + ₹50–80 labour = total ₹130–200. Engineered wood: ₹150–400/sq ft material + ₹40–80 labour. Laminate: ₹60–150/sq ft material + ₹30–50 labour. SPC/LVT: ₹80–200/sq ft + ₹30–50 labour. Subfloor preparation: new slab needs PCC levelling at ₹25–60/sq ft. Old tiles need demolition at ₹30–50/sq ft. Wooden flooring requires moisture barrier (₹5–15/sq ft).
